our warranty does not cover call outs

Yes, New products come with their own warranty guarantee 

every product is different, If we supplied the product we will take care of this if we didn't unfortunately it would be down to the owner to resolve 

After your 2 years you will no longer be covered under "workmanship" nevertheless we always say reach out and we will see what we can do although there might be a charge for this if a visit is required
